Last week in July near the harbour village of Portpatrick in the far south-west of Scotland. Looking forward to some new inspiration from the coastline and wild landscapes. Here's some photos from a visit last week. The one of the house is from the top field plenty of room for taters. I'm will be on a peninsular only 15 minutes from the sea east or west.... Safe and easy move, and polish up your camera and fire up ArtRage. Full speed ahead, laddie. Best work on yer accent as well, if ye expect ta be embraced by tha natives, oh aye! And hitch oop them sheeps and head 'em oop, moove 'em oot. . .
Take a cue from the prominent patron of paradise painters, Paul Gauguin (sorry if I got some spittle in yer Oh aye). Paint women without tops, repeatedly. Not too sure what to suggest aboot the tans in Scotland tho. . . Best sweeten yer palette quite a wee bit.
