Hi guys,
Just got pointed to a super address by Neil Gaiman that he made to some graduating students. Well worth 20 minutes of anyone creative's time. The insight and advice is absolutely inspirational.

Just watched this, and totally agree. Very inspiring and it certainly contains some interesting insights and ideas to ponder over. Thanks for sharing the link, not one I would have naturally come across.
Good planets are hard to find - help look after ours.
I linked to this thread in the thread that has been collecting artistic wisdom. I can always delete that post if it doesn't suit you. But if it does, thanks. It may actually survive in one or the other of these threads. And I think it worth it.
I have heard him interviewed on a number of occasions and have listened while he spoke up for freedom of expression or anti-censorship or something like that (I think that says it right).
Very interesting fellow to listen to. Anybody who inspires creativity should be heard.
Thanks for posting this find.
Bartender, fix me a moon river. . .in a TIFFANY GLASS!!!!!!!
I'd love to be able to claim it but it's not my find D Akey. It was forwarded to me through a Linkedin group I subscribe to and was just too good not to spead about a bit. It's great to hear someone as successful as master Gaiman be so humble about his own abilities, and at the same time offer up such supportive advice. You go link it wherever you want. Please. It's a message anyone can benefit from. And thanks for picking up the torch with it.
