My First real atempt at portrait

portrait in Artrage, As I have only been doing digital art for just a week.

I would like a little feed back and critique please. Please be honest with your comments, I know I have a lot to learn in the use of the software and how best to manipulate the brushes etc..

I quite like your work although not knowing the subject makes it a little difficult to judge.
Not sure about the heaviness of the skin tones in places, I find them a little too much for my taste.But maybe that is me.

Hi Thanks for your comments, yes they do look a bit heavy on the web don't look that heavy on my computer in windows viewer, I will tweak it a little and repost.

Do as many portraits as you can do before learning more about the software. that is my recommendation. because I love your style. this is fantastic.
