Playing around I did what I used to do with my brushes.
I like to tilt the canvas rather than tilt the knife-in this case I didn't have to do either.
I hope someone finds this as much fun as I did.
Turn off the rotation on the knife and use 100% loaded.
I hope that I didn't leave anything out.

Being a rose enthusiast I was especially pleased when I understood how to use the knife and lock rotation. Took me far too long though.
