Terrific. Thanks for the link GZ
Just saw ArtRage on the new iPad 3 commercial tonight during Letterman. Had to do a double take when I saw the palette knife. I hope the program gets a bump from this one. Make hay while the sun shines.
Aaaargh... Apple are SO good at making you want things aren't they!?
I just wonder if this iPad will give the same screen resolution issues - meaning that when I import my paintings via dropbox all the warm colors look over saturated - and the balance seems all wrong.
However AR looks really great in action here... although they might have given them a logo credit or something more easily identifiable dont you think?!
I wonder who did the painting... looks very nice!![]()
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. (Mark Twain)
Rowena why not just copy the painting .ptg files out of itunes to your computer, while the ipad is connected.? much easier I have found.
I would like to know the artist who did that pic too. It is a very nice painting and they seem to know what they are doing with that palette knife alright. Those are female fingers I think... hmmm. The Rage guys probably know more about this than letting on. probably had to sign a non disclosure agreement with Apple just to use it in their commercial.
Rowena, heard about the reports of ipad 3 overheating to 110 degrees while you are holding it. that should help you appreciate your ipad 2.![]()

It's private? What's wrong. The link took me to a youtube screen that said it's private and if I was granted access, to please log in. Strange. Well, I will just assume it's GREAT!!!!! Saves me looking and then saying it. Hahahah.
I have no iPad, so it's just out of curiosity anyway. I've heard the program's pretty fair though.![]()
Bartender, fix me a moon river. . .in a TIFFANY GLASS!!!!!!!
well that certainly looks like you found the artist.
here's the link.
