forum loading problems?

Not out of the woods yet for me. clicking on normal buttons and links on the forum gives me a message of waiting for ambient design.

windows 7
3gb ram
dual 1.6 intel processor
500 gb hard drive

If you get that sort of behavior, please email me ( support@artrage.com ) with an example URL you were at, details on what you clicked on, operating system and browser and the time it occured as this could be helpful in troubleshooting the problem. It may be due to thumbnail processing occuring on the new gallery ( a one time process ). If it isn't, we'll need to look at it further for a longterm solution.

it was peak user time in the U.S. so could be just that factor. it is after 1 am here as I write this and not experiencing any delays while clicking on forum links.
I do know it is not my internet connection because I have broadband with 22mb per sec. and never really experienced the delays prior unless there were server problems in N.Z. Could very well be the double user galleries we have at the moment on the forum.
I will keep track of the time I experience it and shoot an email.

Apparently the server we were on came under heavy load last week due to other sites but the admin tells me that should be resolved now. We're investigating alternative server solutions at the moment.
