Here I play with the Italian term Lunapark indicating an amusement park.
A guy (I don't know exactly who as disguised as he is)is talking to an escort provider (no reason to think bad, VIPs need an escort and bodyguards anyway)
asking him to hurry up taking there the chicks (actually preys) to the party being already "in Ti-Rex" since half an hour. The pun is between the meaning of wearing that attire and the similar expression "in tiro" meaning either elegantly dressed or literally "pulled up" (and I wouldn't explain it furtherly).
