First Attempt - How to continue

Hi.

Today I decided not to fiddle around with the tools anymore and try to create something. So I created this model. I didnt use any references, just from the head.. hehe so I guess I can use some critiques on proportions, values, lightning, detailing.. Basically I think I'm a big noob. Please help me out Thanks
