I have been working on a preset to blend color the way i want for the sky,Hopefully im getting closer.

I agree, the sky looks blended nicely. I would recommend that if you create an area in the painting that is blended, like the sky, that you also use it here and there in the rest of the picture to keep them in continuity. But this is really successful I would have to say. Keep experimenting and in no time you'll have lots of tools you will turn to for different effects.
