Hi forced myself to go out today it had stopped raining so up to M&S to
get a Italian meal got a chicken Arrabbiata was very nice must say Marks
make agood job of them, and they suit me bung them in the micro 4'5mins
done had to get more milk and some Digestive's as like dunking in the
