    Wow eighty you are so fast, cant believe these were done from the tv, and eighty I would love to see more of your chalk work....I hope it is not to damp and cold there for you, I know how it really hurts those old bones, I feel it today as it is 47 and very damp here, take care dear friend

    Eighty+ you're killing me - you're so so prolific and I'm trying to keep up with all your sketches and paintings but as I'm not yet 80+ and thus am forced to go to work rather than spending my time painting and looking at your paintings I'm not able to comment as often as I'd like to

    so lemme just say that I enjoy watching this thread even if I'm not commenting every time I look!

    P.S. I love the skeleton hand of the bishop

    Love how you have finished of the last painting dear Eighty. It is very much like Hockney's paintings. I have a DVD of him painting out in all weathers in the Yorkshire countryside. Never much cared for him until I saw this DVD, it shows his great yorkshire humour which you either get or you dont. Anyway love what you are doing and always look forward to seeing more works in your thread
