The only problem with humor is that no one takes it seriously.
You've got Cezanne's colors right, the apples and other shapes work well, and I like the way the canvas texture shows here, too. Good job!

Your apples look juicy and delicious, Jeanie. I like seeing you progressing so fast in painterly direction... wonderfull job.
I see some influence of Cezanne, but this Stand On Its Own. Lovely!
