Is there any way you can make these two brushes so that they are ".arpack" extensions please, because I can't do anything with brushes that don't have those extensions. I have the latest version of Studio Pro on my iMac, and I certainly know how to install ".arpack" files, but the Sticky says nothing about installing files with the extensions that you've used for these two brushes, and no one has offered to help me figure out how to install them so far.
So if you're able to make them Artrage format I would really appreciate it, because they look really nice and I would love to use them in my drawings. Thanks for sharing even though I can't use them right now.
I want my cake and eat it too!!! Milk and blood, and a piece of you!!!
They actually are in an ArtRage format. Before the AR team developed the wonderfully simple .arpacks, we had to install the stickers (.stk) and presets (.prs) as separate files. It's still relatively easy to do, though. Here's how (Note: these steps assume you've already downloaded the two the files, for the sticker and the preset, and have them stored on your computer):For the Sticker (shadowline.stk):And that's it. You should now be able to select the Sticker Spray preset and use it.1 - Open ArtRageFor the Sticker Spray Preset (Shadowline.prs):
2 - Click on the Sticker Pod, or select View > Sticker Sheet Collection, to open the Sticker Panel.
3 - Select one of the groups available, or create a new group, where you would like to store the sticker file.•Note: You cannot use the "Favorite" group for this, because it is a special group created of your recently selected stickers, which only AR can change.4 - With a group selected, the Import Stickers button will become available, at the top of the Sticker panel (it will greyed out, if you have the Favorites group selected, as noted above). Click on the Import Stickers button, browse to the sticker file (shadowline.stk), select and open it, to have it be installed into the group you chose.
1 - Open ArtRage (if it's not already)
2 - Select the Sticker Spray tool from the Tool panel.
• Note: It's important to have the Spray tool selected, otherwise the next steps will have you importing the .prs file into the wrong area.3 - Click on the Presets Pod, or click View > Preset Collection to open the Presets Panel.
4 - Locate the Group button along the top of the panel, and click on it to open it's menu. Select a group from the menu, to place the preset.
• You may also opt to create a new group, by clicking on the Menu tab (square tab, with four lines on it), and selecting the option to Add Preset Group. Just be sure it's selected after you've created it.5 - Now click on the Menu tab (the square tab, with four lines on it), and select the option to Import Preset to Collection. Browse your way to the Preset file (Shadowline.prs), select it, and open it, to install the preset into the preset group chose.
Nothing is easy to the unwilling.
