    Problem solved

Just in case it helps anyone else it turned out that the problem with my mouse and tablet was a glitch in the Internet Explorer Browser and not in the software for either of those peripherals. Figures ...

    Hi Marie
yeah if its only the browser the mouse plays up with my first suggestion would have been to disable all browser addons.

Did your browser update with those windows updates?
If this was the case you may still have some addons from your old version lurking in your addons list.

Trouble with touch after about 15 min

I have a bamboo fun and experiencing a lot of the problems others have talked about. It is driving me nuts! I have tried everything. Changing art rage preferences, installing unstalling drivers 100 times nothing seems to work.
I am down to the driver on the disk, no upgrade from wacom. After about 15 to 20 min ever thing goes crazy. Can not use my touch, ink goes wild, etc.
I have the pro from artrage it is up to date and running on xp.
    Can you help?

I have both buttons of the pen turned off because I kept hitting them accidentially. Also, when I draw with the pen I turn of touch function of the tablet. I also select the area where the pen works excluding the taskbar so I can't accidentially open all kind of programs. Maybe your problem is like this too Penny?

    Cool Again not zoming properly

I posted this some time ago and now I'm having the same problem after updating to AR 3.5.4. For a long time it worked superb, but now is again "dancing" in the screen when I try to zoom.

I observed that it mainly occurs when the drawing is somehow big, with many layers, not with blank new canvas or say halfdozen layers; anyway it's a nasty thing. Zooming doesn't work even after trying toggling all the inut devices on/off to try fixing the trouble.
I'm still using the old Win XP SP3 and a wacom special ed. pen & touch tablet.

I'm not sure if you got in touch last time I posted on this issue, but I'd recommend downloading the latest Wacom tablet drivers, uninstalling your current tablet drivers, restarting your computer and installing the new ones first, but if that doesn't help please email me at support@artrage.com with a detailed example of the problem e.g. painting dimensions, number of layers, how exactly you're trying to zoom e.g. using the zoom strip and a description of what you see as well as what your current input settings are ( edit -> artrage preferences -> input )

Just a note: If anyone is having a technical problem, please either post a new thread on the technical forum or contact us via the support page as otherwise we can end up with a wide range of different possibly unrelated queries in the same thread which can confuse people looking for information.
