I am using the pencil and the Oil Brush.

Step 1

Step 2
The color has been put under the level of the pencil (One level for the sketch, and one level for the colors). When the coloration has been completed I have united the levels.

In this step, I have colored the pencil's line with the nearest colors and I have tried a new canvas.
