Working on a portrait of close friend of mine. He just turned 96 years old. On the finished one I will add on the picture I use as reference only. I hope it is ok that I am showing my steps as I have not drawn a person except for "Mystery" since grade school. Also I might note here that I usually don't sketch what I want to paint.
