Can you tell me how this can be done on the iPad app? As far as I know there is no function for that in iPad, and that is what she uses.

Thanks HannahRage. I should wait a bit longer before creating a post. I discovered my problems stem from Windows. Doubletapping is deeply ingrained, creating my own problem here :rolleyes:

This appears to be a bug. Having finally just discovered how to remove the bottom ribbon using the three finger method (is there another, better way?) it seems to be more aggravating than it's worth....
I won't bore anyone with a bunch of words, but to say, this is purely inspirational to me. A real pleasure to view. Thank you.
