Hello! I am new in this forum and ArtRage in general.
Can someone help with stencils? I want to resize my stencil but the transform option doesn't activate any action related to the stencil object. It seems to operate only to the rest of the drawing. I hover the cursor above the stencil but I cannot drag or do anything to it (with the transform option activated/selected). Maybe I am missing something here...

You should be able to use the Transform tool (which is now located on the File menu, across the top of the ArtRage stage, rather than on the tool panel, itself) to select a specific stencil, which will then surround it with the transformation rig and put ArtRage into its transform stage. From there you'll be able to change the width, height and rotation of the stencil.
And if you don't need a full transform, just hold ALT or CTRL while clicking and dragging to rotate and resize.
