Does anyone happen to know of any websites I could visit that offer free pngs to download that I may use for stencils? I always see great stencils in the forums but unfortunately they are in . arpacks and I have Artrage 3.5 so I'm not able to download them. I would really appreciate it if anyone may have an idea as to where I can go. :)
Stencils are just png files.

Hi all this what i did with the above stencils, its 7 layers with the 2 people move around abit, apart from the frames the rest is photos.

I'm also a big fan of the PixelScrapper site--though they're scrapbooking-oriented, you can download a couple of things each day for free, and more if you're a subscriber. You get 5 download credits a day on a free account (use them and it'll reset to 5 each day--they don't build up), and they've got a very permissive PU license. You pretty much only need a CU license from them if you're making over a certain amount a year or making items that will in turn be CU for others. Even making freebies with their PU stuff is allowed. I would echo the pointer to the Pixabay site, the quality is very high and there is a wide range of images to choose from.
