In order to reset the rotation, translate, or zoom
you currently have to go up to the menu at the top of the screen.
What if you could simply double click on the individual canvas control icon & have that reset the tool.
I am suggesting this from a tablet PC user view where I don't always have access to the keyboard but still want to access tools quickly.
Just a thought...
