Something happened when I was replying. . . if a partial post shows up somewhere else, it was probably meant to be here.
Anyway,
I like your approach. The free beginning puts the finish into the area of some level of abstraction. Looks dimensional and a little stoney and as if there is a patina on a sculpture.
Distinct image.
When doing works that are other than totally representational, I often let my mind float up some kind of impression that is calling from that work.
Then I take my next picture in that direction even further.
But it comes out of the last one, so it's a personal evolution. It looks like you're using some of the style from previous images and some new. Cool.
Keep going!

Wow!! A creative forming process with step-by-step little miracles. The choice of colours, their tones and strokes are very elegant. Congratulations!!

How did you do that?
I looked at the lineart and thought - Baaah.
Now I see step six, and i'm like, WOW!
It just doesn't make sense!

Thanks DA again :)
Thanks Caesar for your kind words...
Thanks ÄlveKatt - it's magic - i can tell you how it work, but then i must make you disappear ;)
The colour selection it the hardest each time - to get all these effects its "just" fixed values for the pressure, thinner and amount of colour and also a selection of different papers per layer. as you see the lineart is not my masterpiece of work it just provides me a rough idea of the what i want to do for the very first step.
Thanks Nika
I'll work on it this evening again, as it is still not finished. I'm at layer 10 now at least 4 to go... and the last one with the final details will be the hardest for me.
