Delete preset brushes?

I have all kinds of preset brushes. can I delete them?

Here are the steps:
1 - Open the preset panel.
2 - Click on Edit.
3 - Check off the presets you wish to delete.
4 - Click the Trashcan Icon.
5 - Click Done.
