View Full Version : From WIP to 'Finished' - My first ArtRage creation

I posted the intermediate one on the WIP section - you can find the reference photo here (http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3755). Here is the finished work. I learned a lot about layers (this one has 13 in all) and those glass lenses taught me a ton about when to blend and when not to blend, as well as inter-layer blending techniques.
Comments are welcomed and encouraged - bad OR good. I have thick skin so be critical. It's the only way we learn.

Beautifully rendered! I love the textures of the skin, hair and glasses all working together so well, even though they are so different.
She looks cute with a flair for the stylish. Successfully pic.
Nice selection of photo reference too. I always preferred to work from good source material too.
