Foot Massage in the Sunset

Hi,

During Jan.-March, Hubby and ran away to a small town in Thailand. This little town is not exactly a "Tourist" town and that is how we like it. There is a big river and in the evening, the massuses - foot specialist (organization) set up their stations along the river banks. We love to have the foot massage and it cost (will blow you away) was $3 per hour. For a country which minimum wage is $4.5 per day, that is a very good income for the masseuse. They normally make about 4 customers a night. These people are very well trained.

Hubby likes it so much that he had that done 3-4 times a week. Here is the painting that I tried to capture from a photograph I took.

Any comments and advice is welcome.:)

Great painting Jasmine.. It clearly tells the story by itself.. I have some idea of what you are speaking of, in terms of the people there taking the time to make it a quality experience.
I was able to get a haircut a few times from a Vietnamese barber, and by all rights - it was worth 10 times what he was paid. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. (hot towels, neck and forehead massage, shave and haircut).
