Graphics Challenge: Black and White to Color

This is a challenge from Sue Chastain at About Com. I think it is fun to try. This partly colorized b/w photo is what I have done so far. All in ArtRage.
There are two photos in this challenge. One is this with the mexican kids. The other is one with some pilots in front of their aircrafts. Two inspiring motifs, I think...

I have old b/w pictures from 60-centuryes and want colored it too. You have make fine job..... :? ....how? Can you little open here that yours color process with art-rage. :lol: How did you done it so well only using artrage :idea: .

this is great... you got very natural colors there. For me is as hanzz said also just the color of the girl on the right a bit suspect! but i wouldn't recognize it when i don't know :lol:

Thanks everybody for your kind feedback. It was a pleasant surprise to me that ArtRage has got tools good enough to use for a job like this. I used Painter many times before for a task like this. But I use Painter less and less because of ArtRage. Now that I know AR is capable of doing this, there is not much left for Painter to do...(sorry Corel)...

And yes, the green eyes on the girl to the right did not get right. My intention was to make a pale british or irish tourist kid, making friends with the kids in Cancun. So she should have this redish hair and green eyes...it did not succeed that much...
