Offset image

I would like to echo this thread (http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3094) and ask for a way to move the pixels without moving the canvas (with optional wrap around the edges), just like the offset filter in Photoshop does. I use AR for painting textures (for 3D) and to make them tilable I have to dance between AR and PS. This seems like a relatively straightforward feature to implement.

I agree. For people who have little talent (me), this feature will be a life saver. (I always begin drawing a little to the left or to the right of where I should be drawing. I hate to erase and start over.) Priority of this request is about a 6 out of 10. Not absolutely vital but a "Magic Hand" would be nice.
