Or, maybe it's that it doesn't get bogged down at larger image sizes...
in the previous versions, the default image size was zippy enough, but anytime I tried to work in a larger size, it was nearly unusably slow with heavy delays trying to process brush strokes.
whatever the changes were, I can now work realistically in larger images sizes.
