Evil Marti Gras

I don't really know what it is. I used my three faveoritve colors: black, green and purple. Sometimes I think of myself as Evil Marti Gras, with black instead of yellow. This is just something I was just messing around with. I was actually going to try to draw fire, but I just droped that bomb and picked up this.

Would make a nice cd cover. :) I particularly like how the green makes the shapes hover in the foreground above the darker background.

Marti Gras celebrations have always seemed to have a dark under
current to me ... brassy but somehow unsettling and this intimidating
mask could well represent the shadowy expression of voo doo that is
steeped in the history of New Orleans. Very expressive! :)
