Has anyone used the program at bestturningpage (d0t) c0m ?

I have lots of stuff that I would like to display in a flip page book so that people can't download it but I would rather hear someone else's experience or review first before I spend any money.

Thanks a lot

Manny

hi!

I use a flash flipbook. Is free!!! You can download the package here:

http://www.mediafire.com/?y2qkym2dmqy

now... This package includes a folder in which to insert images, a flash project for any changes, the flash interface to read images and an XML file to configure the images.

Copy your photos in the folder "pages" and open with a text editor (like windows wordpad) the file "config".

this is the structure.
--------------------------------------------------

<FlippingBook>
<width>600</width>
<height>400</height>

<scaleContent>true</scaleContent>
<firstPage>0</firstPage>
<alwaysOpened> false </alwaysOpened>
<autoFlip> 50 </autoFlip>
<flipOnClick> true </flipOnClick>

<staticShadowsDepth> 1 </staticShadowsDepth>
<dynamicShadowsDepth> 1 </dynamicShadowsDepth>

<moveSpeed> 2 </moveSpeed>
<closeSpeed> 3 </closeSpeed>
<gotoSpeed> 3 </gotoSpeed>

<flipSound></flipSound>
<pageBack> 0x1C90CB </pageBack>
<loadOnDemand> true </loadOnDemand>
<cachePages> true </cachePages>
<cacheSize> 4 </cacheSize>
<preloaderType> Progress Bar </preloaderType>
<userPreloaderId></userPreloaderId>

<pages>
<page>pages/page01.jpg</page>
<page>pages/page02.jpg</page>
<page>pages/page03.jpg</page>
<page>pages/page04.jpg</page>
<page>pages/page05.jpg</page>
</pages>

</FlippingBook>

---------------------------------------------------

Now ... to add new photos to be included in your flipbook you just add "<page>pages/page06.jpg</page>". Or the name of your picture :)

I used Kvisoft flip book creator. It can create great page flip effect with amazing templates. And to help you refuse other's download, you could set password to the flip book for security. There are also other tools in your choices.

You might try YUDU.com it's free... they convert pdfs word and such to ebook form and then you can download it and it works without any other program reader. or you can sell the books there for a small charge on YUDU+

Just a thought....;)

PS> YUDU is the worlds largest ebook stockhouse. Magazine and all e-forms.
