[Win2.05Full] Bug report(?): Ordering layers

XP Pro SP2. I am able to reproduce this consistently.

1. Start ArtRage.
2. Scribble whatever on the canvas.
3. Create a new layer.
4. Open the layer manager.

Dragging the layer-with-scribble up so that it is above the blank layer doesn't work. It looks like it's going to, but then it just reverts back to its original position. However, dragging the blank layer down so that it is below the layer-with-scribble works fine.

In case you need confirmation, that happens on mine, too. I just started to play with layers this weekend, and I found you had drag the top layer down, as you could not drag the lower layer to the top.

No problem. I've checked it here and get the same behaviour for 2.05, it doesn't appear to be related to a specific configuration.

Noticed that too. Worked around it by dragging the other layer as Gita also mentions.

Isn't it wonderfull what other flawed programs has taught us? workarounds... yeah!
