Problem with the pctablet

Hello at all,
at the first i must say, that my english is terrible ..

ok, i have a problem with the genius pentable:

At first, i could paint with the pen and all level of pressure were registratet from artrage 2

Now, when i work with the pen, it don´t take a differentiated at pressure, if i press softly or hart on it.

The pen is not broken...there´s a program from genius, with which i can test the funktionality from the pen.
