I don't know where this is suppose to be but I imagine in some big town where some larger boats come in.:)
I did this one day at work when the computers were down. It was just a pentel pencil sketch on a 3 x 5 note pad . It was scanned and taken from there. It could be cleaned up a little but still I'll call it finished for now.
It's all fancy! Hope you like it.
