Here is a small PNG template for storyboarding.
Just put it at the bottom layer and add layers on top.

It's fairly simple.
Someone might need this a bit bigger it all depends in what format one works,

If someone is interested I could add another template with HD title and action guides.
But it will have to be bigger.
